The QIC Carrier boards are designed with the experimenter in mind. Designed to include
the most common features required of projects, the carrier board simplifies development
time and reduces design errors. Mating with a QIC Core, the carrier board reduces the
design cycle by eliminating the need to design standard circuitry.
The Carrieir Board V1 is designed to interface to standard analog electronics – signal
condition circutry is provided onboard to provide analog compatibility. A full input range
of -5 to +5 volts is provided along with an analog output range of -5 to +5 volts.
Equipped with low current peripheral drivers and motor drivers, the carrier board is ideal
for use in robotics and automated equipment projects.
Designed to be incorporated into equipment, the QIC Carrier board has simple power
requirements. Accepting a 12VAC power supply, it povides regulation for the required
power supplies, and makes them availble for additional user circuitry.
Coupled with the QIC Core, the Carrier V1 is designed to simplifiy your interfacing and
control designs by providing you with a documented, well-established design.
